Map and directions to where we are headed
Hotel reservation and/or confirmation number
ARI or ILR registrations (and copies to use in any promotion)Health papers (and an extra copy in the glove box)
Show registration
Parking pass
Show clothes (belt and shoes!!)
Camera (extra batteries and some cameras still require film!)
Cell phone, adapter, and address book
Farm advertising (business cards, brochures, banner.)
Table and chairs
Show Tool Box (hammer, pliers, screwdriver, wire snips, duct tape, clear fishing line, wire, bungee cords, alligator clips, scotch tape, thumb tacks, safety pins.)
First Aid Kit for both animals and humans

Fans
Extension cord(s)
Flashlight (batteries)
Garbage bags and paper towels
Halters and leads
Grooming supplies
Containers for water, hay and grain
Feed (hay, grain.)
Feed and water for use during transport
Stake out lines
Rake, shovel and broom
Poop (put some poop in a plastic baggie or container with a lid to use in making a little pile to encourage pooping during rest stops)
